Slowness is at your door. Open up and invite her in.

Welcome to In A Slow Way, a free and lovingly created template, honoring the spirit of a slow economy.

Much of what’s inside is a combination of perspectives and prompts—questions meant to embolden your own version of slowness. Think of In A Slow Way as a mini 3 day retreat intended to shed light on where your attention goes and where you’d like to be more present. Each day (or section) is built to hone in on a certain theme which can be done in your own time and way.

May it be fun and easeful. May it awaken a way of being that’s more familiar than foreign.
